Sleepless Sound is a project recording studio based in Germantown, Philadelphia. Founded by engineers Lucas Kozinski, Adam Laub and Bob Iacono, Sleepless Sound specializes in live tracking indie-rock and punk, producing hip-hop and electronic in addition to offering professional mastering services, post audio work and live recording.

TRACKING

We offer 16 channels of input with an array of condenser and dynamic microphones and custom built analog pre-amps. Our spacious live room allows for live multi-tracking and overdubbing sessions.

MIXING

Using Focal CMS 65 monitors, and thousands of hours of audio editing experience, we offer high quality and affordable mixing and editing for both projects recorded in and out of Sleepless Sound.

MASTERING

Our mastering process utilizes top of the line analog hardware and digital processing to deliver a balanced and professional master. We master all genres for any release format.

POST AUDIO

We work on various film projects and provide music production for the soundtrack, dialog mixing and editing, sound replacement/foley, and audio fx production.

Our Engineers

Sleepless Sound was founded by three Drexel grads in 2014. Since opening Sleepless Sound, they have worked on hundreds of projects, focusing on the local Philadelphia music scene. Sleepless Sound has been featured on multiple prominent programs such as Philadelphia's own WXPN and NPR Music.

LUCAS KOZINSKI

Producer/Mix Engineer
Luke is a producer of music specializing in a mixed array of genres such as punk and indie rock as well as hip-hop and electronic. On the film side, he has worked on the post audio portion of short films and commercials. He is also an avid musician and songwriter, playing guitar, bass, and drums in a handful of bands.

Adam Laub is a Philadelphia based producer, engineer and songwriter. Working to develop smaller local acts, Adam excels in indie, rock, hip hop, and electronic production, working with a variety of artists to achieve a unique sound on an affordable budget.

Bob Iacono is a Philadelphia based audio engineer and musician. He is the Mastering Engineer for Sleepless Sound Studio, and he is a member of Philadelphia bands OhBree and Impressionist.
